Problem Note 59437: Logging on to SAS® High-Performance Risk fails and returns "Error 403 Access Denied/Forbidden"
When attempting to log on to SAS High-Performance Risk, you might encounter the following:
Error 403 Access Denied/Forbidden
This error occurs if the UseHPRisk capability is not assigned to your user ID.
To circumvent this issue, ensure that the UseHPRisk capability is assigned to your user ID.

Without the UseHPRisk capability assigned, you cannot log on to SAS High-Performance Risk. And "Error 403 Access Denied/Forbidden" occurs.
